1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Pottery Stamps website and the purchase of products from us.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Our Products
Pottery Stamps produces custom-made pottery stamps, manufactured to order based on the information and designs provided by the customer.
Because each stamp is made specifically for you, products may vary slightly in appearance due to the nature of machining and finishing. These variations do not affect functionality.
We reserve the right to decline any order that includes material which is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
No production will begin until payment has been successfully received.
4. Design Proofs & Approval
After placing an order, you will receive a digital design proof for approval before production begins.
It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully. Once you approve the design:
- production will begin
- no further changes can be made
- cancellations are no longer possible
Pottery Stamps is not responsible for errors that appear in the final product if they were present in the approved proof.
5. Intellectual Property & Customer Content
You confirm that any text, logos, images, or designs submitted to us are owned by you or that you have permission to use them.
By submitting designs, you grant us permission to use this material solely for the purpose of producing your custom pottery stamp.
Pottery Stamps accepts no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied designs.
6. Use of Products
Our pottery stamps are intended for use in soft clay before drying.
Results may vary depending on clay type, moisture content, pressure applied, and firing conditions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or use outside of recommended conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pottery Stamps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
