Returns & Refunds
We take care to ensure every pottery stamp is made accurately and to a high standard. As each stamp is produced specifically for you, our returns policy reflects the custom nature of the product.
Made-to-Order Items
All pottery stamps are custom made based on your approved design. For this reason, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun. Please review your design proof carefully before approving it, as this is the version that will be manufactured.
When a Refund or Replacement Applies
We will, of course, put things right if something goes wrong. You're eligible for a refund or replacement if:
Your stamp arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing fault affecting use
The finished stamp does not match the approved design proof
Your order is confirmed lost in transit
In these cases, we'll offer either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on what works best for you.
How to Report an Issue
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. When emailing us, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing any damage or defect (if applicable)

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your pottery stamp arrives damaged or develops a fault due to manufacturing, please let us know as soon as possible. Once confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before design approval for a full refund. Once a design proof has been approved and production has started, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of the product.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
