UK Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all pottery stamp orders.

Because every stamp is made to order, delivery times are based on production completion rather than purchase date. Orders are typically delivered 5–7 business days after design approval. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to most countries.

Orders usually arrive 7–14 business days after design approval, depending on destination and local postal services. International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Production Time

All pottery stamps are made to order. Once your design proof has been approved, production typically takes 3–5 business days. This allows us to machine, finish, and check each stamp for clean impressions before dispatch.

Design Proofs

After placing your order, you'll receive a digital design proof within 24 hours (often much sooner).

Production and delivery timelines begin after proof approval, so please review your proof carefully and let us know if you'd like any adjustments. If you don't see your proof email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress all the way to delivery.
